By interacting with me or commissioning me, you agree to the following terms below. If you break the terms, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning or purchasing designs from me.

Section 1 - Drawing Preferences

Here is currently what I can and cannot draw:

Section 2 - General

  1. If you're a minor making NSFW or asking for NSFW, you will be blacklisted.
  2. I prohibit using my art in NFTs or AI training.
  3. Do not repost my work unless it is something you have commissioned from me, in which case I require credit back to my site.

Section 3 - Image Guidelines

  1. As the artist, I maintain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. I reverse the right to post the artwork onto my social media and onto my website. The client is not permitted to claim ownership of it or utilize it for any purposes beyond personal use.
  2. Prohibited Uses
    1. Commercial use. Redistribution of my art for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services, NFTs, or social media pages is prohibited.
    2. Tracing and recoloring. You may crop the piece or tweak it very slightly, but anything like complete recolors or tracing over my bases to make them smaller or bigger are prohibited.
  3. Permitted Uses
    1. Cropping and making minor adjustments to the piece with proper credit.
    2. Reposting your commission to different sites with proper credit.
  4. You may not remove any watermarks I put on your commission.

Section 4 - Design Ownership

  1. Rights of Ownership
    1. All designs are for non-commercial purposes only.
    2. You are free to redesign, use in species, use in ARPGs, use as sonas, etc.
    3. You do not have to credit me on every post of the design. I only require credit if someone inquires about the designer or if the design is posted to a character repository like Toyhou.se, UnVale, etc.
    4. Don't color pick or take inspiration from my designs unless you ask me direct permission first and the owner of the design too.
  2. Content Guidelines
    1. You may not make NSFW for my designs. But you may make suggestive imagery as long as you're at least 18 or up and filter it accordingly.
    2. Any degree and style of gore is allowed for my designs. Make sure to filter it accordingly.
  3. Reselling, Trading & Gifting
    1. Designs can be resold up to the amount they were paid for, even if they were traded or gifted. If it was purchased for $10 and traded, it is still worth $10 and can be sold for that amount.
    2. Additional art is not considered part of the design and will not add to the original design's value. Reselling art should be discussed with the original artist.
    3. Refer to a species' TOS if redesigning, reselling, or rehoming.

Section 5 - Payment Methods

  1. I only accept payment in USD via Ko-fi. Please do not send payment until I specify.
  2. Do not offer characters or art for my characters unless they are listed as being for trade only aka that's not for real money.
  3. Art payments must be made within 2 months of me accepting an offer.
  4. Ghosting will result in blacklisting.
  5. I will hold characters up to 2 weeks. If there's no updates after the 2-week period, the slot will re-open.
  6. I will hold characters with pending art payments for up to 2 months.
  7. Commission Process
    1. I do partial payments for all commissions.
    2. First half of the cost must be sent before I start the sketch.
    3. Last half of the cost must be sent after I completed the commission and before I send the final work.
  8. Refund Policy
    1. If I cancel or you cancel before I start, you'll get a full refund.
    2. If you cancel after I've started, you'll receive a partial refund.
    3. No refunds will be given for completed or mostly completed pieces.
  9. I will hold your money until the commission is complete.

Section 6 - Contact and Communication

  1. Your commission will always be uploaded and updated on the queue.
  2. You may ask for updates 48 hours after the commission is added to the queue.
  3. I can be contacted via email, Discord direct messages (if added or as server mutuals), Cara private messages, or by joining my support server.

Section 7 - Global Character Permissions

  1. You may experiment in style, dynamic poses, etc.
  2. Feel free to draw my characters interacting with yours as long it's not OOC.
  3. Don't ship any my characters with your own or other characters unless it states that they have canon or non-canon ships.
  4. Please ask me first before drawing any extreme gore with my characters. This includes realistic innards, realistic meat, spilling organs, and detailed musculature.
  5. No need to ask to do large amounts of blood, fake gore, or injuries as long it's not OOC.
  6. You may make new outfits for my characters as long it's not OOC.
  7. You may change the color palette as long the character's markings/appearance is still recognizable. (Ex. neon/eyestrain drawings)
  8. You may simplify the design as long the character is still recognizable.
  9. Don't draw my characters other than shown or told. If they're only drawn as feral, don't draw them as a different species or turn them into anthro/human and vice versa unless they already have a reference of an anthro form or a human form etc.

Section 8 - Boundaries & Limits

  1. You are more than welcome to email me or send a private message on Cara or Discord. I try to reply to everyone even when I'm busy.
  2. You may add me on Discord to chat with me.
    1. Keep in mind when messaging me, please don't ask very personal questions about my life. It makes me very uncomfortable and weary. Otherwise, I don't mind some small talk but please tell me who you are in the first message.
  3. Please don't ask to be friends. I love to be open and friendly, but if we become friends, it happens.
  4. I don't want to be close to those who are under 21 years old.
    1. Any younger artists are welcome to art trade, collab, or trade characters with me.
  5. I only co-own characters with family, local friends, and my boyfriend.
  6. Don't offer on any of my characters unless they are stated they are unwanted.
  7. Random gift art, favorites spam, adding me, and sending donations are welcome.
  8. You may reference my art poses, just do not trace my artwork.
  9. You may use tone tags and emojis with me. It helps me understand your mood via texts.

Section 9.1 - Nubreolan Rules

  1. Do not claim any of the species as yours.
  2. Do not heavily reference someone else's Nubrian, but if you want to take little inspiration, you must ask the original creator of the Nubrian first. You may be asked for proof of the approval from the original creator in question.
  3. Do not scam others. You will permanently blacklisted from Nubreolan if so.
  4. We are not responsible if you are scammed by a user we may not know selling the species.
  5. CBC (Canon Based Character) Nubrian characters are allowed. Just don't heavily reference a character that may lead to copyright issues. However, you may take very light inspiration to prevent copyright.
  6. Nubrians based on real people are allowed, but to a degree.*
    (*Don't make designs inspired by celebrities or political people.)
  7. Don't make ideological sensitive or culturally insensitive material for Nubreolan.*
    (*No Nubrians with Soviet Union flags or Native American headdresses.)
  8. The original designer should always be credited for the design unless they gave explicit permission for you to transfer the credits entirely to you.
  9. Co-ownership is allowed.
  10. Upon trading, reselling or gifting the design to another individual, the previous owner agrees to transfer all ownership rights to the recipient.
  11. All edits must be based on the original design and be recognizably the same design.
  12. Owners may choose to revert designs to any already approved redesign if desired.
  13. Major redesigns will require you to update the design's masterlist image. Drastic changes to accessories, colors, markings, etc. will be considered a major redesign.
  14. For minor offenses, moderators may issue warnings.
  15. Penalties for minor offenses may include temporary bans and/or mutes from participation in any or all group activities including but not restricted to:
    • Access to any groups
    • Events
    • Adopts
  16. Major offenses that severely breach the TOS will result in an immediate ban and blacklist.
  17. Blacklisted users can not interact with the community beyond trading Nubrians.
  18. If a Nubrian belonging to a blacklisted user is traded to a non-blacklisted user, the new user may use this Nubrian to participate in Nubreolan.
  19. Any NSFW and suggestive content are strictly prohibited since it's a feral species community.
  20. Any degree of gore and sensitive content are allowed. Just filter it accordingly.
  21. All Kitiguars, Fluffy Worms, and The Naa must remain feral.

Section 9.2 - Kitiguar Traits

  1. These are the required traits to be presented on your Kitiguar:
    • Longish neck
    • Noodle-like body
    • Paws only
    • Rabbit-like nose
    • Razor-sharp teeth
  2. Hooves and any other types of feet are fobidden.
  3. Buck teeth and any other types of teeth are forbidden.
  4. Kitiguars can be unique and/or mutated since they are pretty much open-traited. Examples include:
    • Extra parts (ears, toes, tails, eyes, limbs, etc.)
    • Cool open trait examples (horns, fur hood, ice/plant growth, stardust, aquatic features, whiskers)
    • Unique traits (floating materials, scales, spikes, halo, wings)

Section 9.3 - Voiding Your Nubrian

  1. Designs can be voided completely from the species at the original designer's discretion. Once voided, they can be reinstated after 3 months after the voiding process has been complete.
  2. The voided design will still remain on the masterlist, but hidden, for future reference and in case you decide to reinstate them.
  3. The design should be sufficiently altered to avoid resemblance to the original species.
  4. If the design was created by you: You have full rights to the design and can do whatever you'd like with it.
  5. If the design was created by someone else: The design will follow the original designer's TOS.

Section 10 - Discord Server

  1. You may be wondering on why my server is so little on channels and categories. This is because the server is meant for those who wish to contact me but don't prefer email.
  2. The server has the "Apply to Join" feature selected. What this means is that you won't be able to see anything until I accept your application aka the intro form. You're actually not in but your application is pending until so.
  3. Do not spam or ping anyone multiple times. Please wait for a response even though if the server is slow.
  4. This is a PG-13 server, all NSFW will be strictly prohibited.
  5. Stay on channel topic.
  6. Always check pins before posting in case there's a format that needs to be used.
  7. Do not vent, overshare, or threaten yourself or other members.
  8. You must be at least 13 or over to join my server. Just remember my boundaries. (read more)
  9. There are no discussions of drama, politics, or discourse.
  10. Use spoilers to your desired post's content. Good for brightly colored characters, gore, or maybe something you think is too triggering to others.
  11. Do not DM and/or friend request someone without their permission or if their DMs and/or friend requests are closed.
  12. My server is not really meant to share your own works or chat. Sorry!
  13. There's a channel with the desired threads to help you submit entries to Nubreolan.
  14. You may leave the server if you need to, you don't need to tell me why. You may re-join but keep in mind that you have to fill out the application again.
  15. Please do report any bot bugs that you may be experiencing. I set up things with Discohook mainly.
  16. You may ask me on how to code some things. But I'm limited on which platforms that you may be coding on. Any sites powered by Charadex is my best knowledge verses Toyhouse I don't use. Although, I can gladly use the live code editor to help guide you through a code that's used for Toyhouse only.
  17. You must be on Discord for at least 3 months to prove that you're not a bot or anything. Unless if we know each other, either as friends or mutuals, please fill out the form upon accepting the invite about your new account if needed. Otherwise, you will be denied access.
  18. If you contact me via my server, please wait at least 24 hours for a reply. Otherwise, you may follow-up by pinging me only once after the 24 hours have passed.

Section 11 - Birthday in Jovalan

  1. You must be in the Jovalan Discord server.
  2. You may create your own custom trait if you draw one of my Jovians.
  3. You may create your own MYO without a token if you draw Skila and Sasha together. All rarities allowed!
  4. You may obtain 1 free mutation of choice OR obtain 1 free Rare MYO of a species of your choice if you draw if you draw one of my non-Jovian characters.
  5. My birthday event in the Jovalan Discord server only starts on May 24th every year that normally lasts for 2 to 3 days. I will only extend if needed.

Section 12 - Code Guidelines

  1. All publicly available HTML, CSS, and JS codes are free to use.
  2. I sometimes frankenstein public Toyhouse F2U codes with visible credits back to original source throughout my site.
  3. I first read the original coder's TOS before frankensteining their codes with my site's code. But if something changes regarding a coder's TOS, please inform me. I will gladly update my site's code within 24 to 48 hours if needed.
  4. You may edit and frankenstein my codes without my permission as long the other coder allows frankensteining, etc.
  5. Codes are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  6. If you're interested in a code, you may report any bugs or miscoded pieces. I will glady fix it.
  7. You do not need to credit me for my codes unless someone asks about it.
  8. A majority of my code previews are hosted on my test site.
  9. I share my codes and snippets via GitHub Gists.
  10. All of my codes are primarily for Charadex sites but HTML-only codes can be converted for Toyhouse depending what kind of code it is.
  11. You may ask me for help on your Toyhouse codes but I'm very limited only to the Toyhou.se live code editor.
  12. You may ask me for help on your Charadex codes.
  13. All of my codes are free to use because Charadex is a free source and will always remain free.
  14. Keep in mind that JS is not my best knowledge.
